My No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Peanut butter and chocolate, need I say more?

This recipe is addicting, it is a crowd favorite both at my house and any event I bring them to.

Just 5 simple ingredients create the most delicious combination PB and Chocolate. I'm a total sucker for this combination. I love Reese's, Buckeye's, PB sundaes...I mean you name it I'll eat it, honestly.

So you are going to need: Butter, Graham Crackers, Peanut Butter, Powdered Sugar, and Chocolate Chips.

All things you most likely have laying around the house, making these easy to whip up any day of the week.


Graham Crackers: 8 sheets

Powdered Sugar: 3/4 - 1 cup

Butter: 1 stick

Peanut Butter: 3/4 cup + 2 heaping tablespoons

Semisweet or Dark Chocolate Chips: 1 cup

Sea Salt


  1. Line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil

  2. Put your graham crackers in a ziplock and begin to crush them up. Once they are in smaller pieces roll over the bag with a rolling pin until you have a crumb consistency.

  3. Empty the graham cracker crumbs into a medium sized mixing bowl and add the powdered sugar.* Mix together.

  4. In a separate bowl melt the butter in the microwave in 30 second increments. Once melted add to the graham cracker/powdered sugar mixture and mix throughly.

  5. Add the peanut butter to the crumb mixture and then combine.

  6. Spread the mixture into a nice even layer in the lined pan.

  7. Pour the mini chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter into a bowl and microwave until melted in 30 second increments, mixing after each time.

  8. Once completely melted spread evenly on top of peanut butter mixture and sprinkle to desire with sea salt.

  9. Put in the refrigerator and let sit for at least 3 hours. Once chilled and hardened let sit on the counter for around 5 minutes, then cut into squares with a butcher knife. Keep your leftovers in fridge.


*Powdered sugar can be added anywhere from 3/4 cup to 1 cup according to your desire, and how sweet you like your treats.
